feat(desktop-wake): add WeCom UIA warm-tree and ship n2-wake in 1.2.3

Expose ensure_ui_ready via DuiLib GetAccessible inject path; package x86 native helpers for host/skill consumers.

+发版随 wheel 打包的 x86 产物（匹配 32-bit `WXWork.exe`）。
+

+| `wecom_wake.dll` | 载荷：DuiLib `GetAccessible` 安全子类化暖树 |
+
+不要把 `wecom_wake_b.dll` 等临时换名文件打进发行包。
